    • Professional Learning Courses: Flexible, asynchronous courses with three distinct entry points (foundation, application, and specialization); graduate and professional development hours available.

    • Challenge for All Summit: An annual educators’ conference featuring workshop sessions, discussion forums, and panels emphasizing practical application and action planning for schools.

    • School Program Development: Tailor-made, practical professional development and programming for international schools—available in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats.

    • Graduate Credit Hours: Opportunities for educators to earn graduate credits through our accredited programs.

    • Gifted International Academy (for Students): Short, intensive, fun, and challenging courses for highly able/gifted & talented students in grades 3-6.

    • Educational and Psychological Consultation: Personalized assessments and consultations to support the unique educational needs of gifted and twice-exceptional students.

    • Parent Advocacy Services: Guidance and support for parents in navigating the educational system and advocating for their gifted children's needs.

  2. Payment Terms:

    • All credit card payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe’s and PayPal’s terms and conditions. Other payments can be made by bank transfer with no associated costs.

  3. Refund and Cancellation Policies:

    • Refer to our Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy (below).

  4. User Conduct:

    • Users of the website are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly during any subsequent communications, refraining from inappropriate or offensive language, spam, or unauthorized use of content. All interactions should align with professional standards, ensuring a safe and constructive environment for all visitors.

    • We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be communicated via the website.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Professional Learning Courses and Gifted International Academy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of registration and before 7 days of the start date of the course. Processing may take up to 14 business days.

  1. Challenge for All Summit:

    • No refunds for virtual conferences - registered participants who miss the synchronous sessions can access the breakout sessions for 30 days following the Summit.

  2. School Program Development, Graduate Credit Hours, Educational and Psychological Consultation, and Parent Advocacy Services:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled sessions are refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Submit requests to info@hagtcollaborative.org. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

Digital Products:

  • Registration and confirmation of payment are typically emailed to the purchaser within 48 hours of purchase. Access credentials for course platforms and Summits are typically emailed to participants during the week prior to the course/workshop start date. For quick resolution regarding any delivery concerns, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
